Vadouvan is a French Curry Masala. It has the warm rich tones of Tumeric, Salt, Onion, Shallots, Garlic, Mustard and other spices. It also adds a depth to your dishes normal curry powder doesn't. Good for Lamb, Lentils, Rice and Chicken.
