Sage & Savory Sausage

This wonderfully flavored blend makes a great all occasion sausage with a peppery flavor. Black pepper, marjoram, nutmeg, savory, sage, sea salt. Mix contents well with 4½# ground pork. Stuff into casings or leave as bulk for patties.
