Our blend of bay leaves, mustard, pepper, cloves, fenugreek, dill, coriander, allspice, red peppers and cinnamon makes an excellent pickling agent for all types of vegetables. Also good in fish soup, and in sauces and marinades. As a shellfish boil, add 1 oz. to 1 gallon of boiling water.
