Paprika, Spanish hot

Spanish hot paprika is prized for its hot flavor, aroma, color from ground long red chili peppers. Can be substituted for flour in thickening a sauce, or in a roux as a thickening, coloring and flavoring agent. Also a great addition to a dry rub.
