This blend of allspice, cloves, anise, orange peel, cinnamon and spices ideal for mulling wine, cider, tea or brandy. Place 3 Tbsp. in a tea ball or cloth bag, place in a gallon of liquid. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 30 min. Discard spices. To create a tasty cold weather cocktail, add an ounce of vodka to a cup of mulled cider.
