Our authentic East Coast blend of Black Peppercorns, dill, all spice, crushed red chilies, roasted garlic, bay leaves, coriander, cinnamon and other spices adds that special something when boiling any shell fish. Also good in fish soup, sauces and marinades, and can be used as a pickling agent.
Add approximately 1 oz. to 1 gallon of boiling water or to taste.
