A tasty brine that enhances game flavors and is also excellent on pork. Kosher salt, brown sugar, cloves, nutmeg, juniper berries & ground cinnamon sticks. Combine contents with 1 gallon of water, bring to a boil, let cool completely. Reduce water for a stronger brine.
