Its delicate onion flavor is a favorite garnish for baked potatoes, but chopped chives also can be sprinkled on eggs, salads, dips, added to soups, and used in herb sauces. Stirred into thick yogurt, they make a great relish for grilled fish. Re-hydrate with water or olive oil.
