When we bought this company 8 years ago we really had NO clue. But with every challenge I studied, investigated, tried, and listened to the Masters of Smoking.
We came up with Kickin Kansas. It puts a PERFECT Bark on anything you want to smoke! I wanted easy, no muss, no fuss. This is it! I season a Brisket and toss it on the smoker usually around 220-250. About half way through I flip it. Temp it until done, wrap it up for 30 minutes and let it rest. I do the same with Pork Butt and Pork Shoulder.
